Reviews and Ratings <br />
We had a memorable stay celebrating our anniversary with a spacious ocean-view suite. The staff was mostly accommodating, especially at check-in, although we did encounter a bit of a hiccup with a frustrated bell attendant. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily return for another visit.
I had a mixed experience at the Taj Mahal. The room was spacious and well-furnished with great views, but the hotel layout was confusing, and I found the timeshare salespeople quite annoying. The dining options were decent but could use improvement. Overall, it was a good value for the luxurious amenities and setting, just a few things detracted from the experience.
We had an amazing stay at the resort, enjoying the extravagant atmosphere and beautiful décor. The rooms offered stunning views of the ocean and city, while the spacious layout made it comfortable for our family. However, the dining options left something to be desired, especially during Thanksgiving, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the experience outside the hotel regarding the homeless situation was tough to witness, reminding us of the contrast between luxury and need.
The hotel has a beautiful and luxurious lobby with plenty of amenities and a good casino. Unfortunately, the service was inconsistent, rooms felt outdated, and cleanliness could have been better. The location right on the boardwalk is a major plus, but the overall experience didn't live up to the 5-star expectations.
I had high hopes staying at this hotel, but my experience was quite disappointing. While the rooms were spacious and clean, the check-in process was unbelievably slow, and the staff didn't seem to care about addressing my concerns. I found the internet service lacking and very frustrating, especially since my wife needed it for work. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place due to the poor service and unexpected fees.
